Leads all scorers in Game 4 win
McBride racked up 25 points (7-10 FG, 7-9 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four rebounds and one steal over 29 minutes during Sunday's 144-114 win over the 76ers in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
Analisi
McBride caught fire from the perimeter, landing seven three-pointers en route to a game-high 25 points. In what was easily his best game of the postseason, McBride was starting for the second straight contest, filling in for OG Anunoby, who remained out with a hamstring concern. After sweeping Philadelphia, New York will now move to the Eastern Conference Finals to face either Cleveland or Detroit.

Struggles in spot start
McBride accumulated three points (1-6 FG, 1-5 3Pt), two assists and two blocks over 21 minutes during Friday's 108-94 win over the 76ers in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
Analisi
McBride was elevated into the starting lineup after OG Anunoby was ruled out due to a hamstring injury. Despite the promotion, McBride struggled to produce anything of note outside of two blocked shots. It mattered little, with New York recording a third straight victory to now lead the series 3-0. As for McBride, he has scored in double digits only twice in the playoffs, with those performances coming in Games 3 and 4 against the Hawks in the first round.

Starting versus Philadelphia
McBride will start in Friday's Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals against the 76ers, Stefan Bondy of The New York Post reports.
Analisi
With OG Anunoby (hamstring) sidelined for this contest, McBride will enter the starting lineup. The 25-year-old started 15 times during the regular season, averaging 16.1 points, 2.7 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 0.1 blocks and 0.9 steals while shooting 43.5 percent from deep across 33.9 minutes in those appearances.

Limited production in Game 2 win
McBride recorded four points (1-5 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), one rebound and one assist across 21 minutes during Wednesday's 108-102 win over Philadelphia in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
Analisi
McBride logged a healthy 21 minutes, the most of anyone off the New York bench in the Game 2 win, but he made little offensive impact with just one field goal and one free throw to show for it. The guard has scored in single digits in six of eight playoff games this year, including a pair of scoreless outings in the first round against Atlanta. He's coming off a regular season in which he averaged a career-high 12.0 points while shooting 42.3 percent from the field and 41.3 percent from beyond the arc, but McBride's offensive production has been up and down in the postseason so far.
