Kuzma totaled 15 points (5-12 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 4-5 FT), four rebounds, one assist and one steal in 29 minutes during Saturday's 124-112 loss to Detroit.
Analisi
Kuzma was mildly productive Saturday, moving into the starting lineup after AJ Green was ruled out due to a shoulder injury. While the numbers were serviceable, at best, the fact that he played 29 minutes for the second straight game is encouraging. His ceiling is limited due to his lack of peripheral production; however, he makes for a viable standard league target, especially for those simply looking for points.

With AJ Green (shoulder) joining Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) on the sideline, Kuzma will enter the starting five. Over nine starts so far this season, the 30-year-old forward has averaged 12.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.0 steals across 28.8 minutes per contest.

Quiet performance in win
Kuzma notched four points (2-7 FG, 0-3 3Pt), four rebounds, three assists, two blocks and one steal across 21 minutes during Wednesday's 113-109 victory over the Pistons.
Analisi
Kuzma has not transitioned well to the bench from a production standpoint, averaging just 9.5 points (inflated by a 20-point outlier Nov. 28), 2.8 rebounds, and 3.8 assists in his last four games after averaging 12.6 points, 5.4 rebounds and 2.9 assists in his previous eight starts. However, with Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) slated to miss the next several weeks, Kuzma could find himself back in the starting lineup, where his fantasy value instantly becomes more appealing.
