Flagg helped the Mavericks close things out with 19 points in the second half, 12 of which came in the fourth quarter. It was his 10th double-double of the season (and second over his last four games), and he was one assist shy from tying a career high that he set against the Lakers on Nov. 28. In his seven outings since returning from an eight-game absence due to a foot injury, Flagg has averaged 18.6 points, 7.0 rebounds, 6.4 assists and 1.4 blocks over 30.4 minutes per contest.

Flagg finished Friday's 138-105 loss to the Cavaliers with 25 points (8-16 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 8-8 FT), four rebounds and five assists in 29 minutes.
Analisi
Flagg got off to a slow start, scoring just six points on 2-for-8 shooting in the first half, but he flipped the script after halftime. This was his most points and free throws since returning from the foot injury, and it's encouraging to see him starting to regain his rhythm. Flagg playing in games on back-to-back nights is also a good sign.

Flagg had 13 points (6-16 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, seven assists and one block across 33 minutes during Thursday's 120-112 win over the Grizzlies.
Analisi
Flagg logged 33 minutes in his fifth game back from a mid-foot sprain, confirming that any initial restrictions have been lifted. While his shooting has been cold since his return, hitting just 35.1 percent of his field-goal attempts over this five-game stretch, he has maintained a high floor by averaging 30.2 minutes per game. During this span, the rookie has averaged 15.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, 6.0 assists, and 1.6 blocks, showcasing his ability to impact the box score even when his jumper isn't falling. His efficiency against Memphis was again an issue, but his seven assists led the team and helped Dallas snap an eight-game skid. As long as his foot remains healthy, Flagg is locked into a massive high-usage role.
