❄️ Ice Cold WNTR Cards

Winter Edition cards, with an exclusive icy design, have landed for every player across Sorare 26’s European leagues.

Collect them on the Marketplace until January 1st, 11:59 PM CET.

Some players have received a special treatment: animated ICE BREAKER WNTR designs. The coldest cards we’ve ever created, frost cracking on every movement, power radiating through each frame, players frozen mid-action like heroes trapped in time.

❄️ Winter Quick Play — Two Chances to Chase $20,000**

You may have already tried Quick Play on NBA. Now it arrives to Football for the first time, and returns for NBA as well.

Winter Quick Play is made for Managers who want fast action, streak progression, and big rewards. All it takes is one Winter Edition card to begin. You decide the rhythm: play daily or jump in multiple times a day. With no deadlines to worry about, you can avoid DNPs and shape your strategy on your own terms.

This limited-time game mode runs from Tuesday, December 2nd to Thursday, January 1st at 11:59 PM CET, and requires Managers to use Winter Edition cards to hit targets and climb toward bigger rewards.

Each streak lets you pick 1–3 Winter Edition cards from your Gallery and take on a scoring target that’s +10 points above the card’s L15 average (shown in-product as a +10 target).

Hit your target → claim your prize and extend your streak
Miss it → streak resets
Every success brings you closer to bigger prize.

Example

A player’s L15 is 49.
Your target is L15 + 10 → Score 59 to pass the level.

For players with an L15 of 35 or lower, targets will be set to 45.

Five minutes after the match ends, if your player card hits or beats the target, you win. From there, you can pick new player cards and chase the next level. You could even complete the entire streak in a single day!

Please note that scores are registered five minutes after the end of the match. These registered scores and stats determine whether your Quick Play attempt succeeds or fails. Any adjustments made by our data provider after this moment — whether increases or decreases —  will not impact the outcome of your mission.

Eligibility

• Only Winter Edition cards
  
• Cards can not be in a lineup, in a mission, listed on the market, or sealed
  
• Limited, Rare, Super Rare, and Unique are all playable. Rewards stay the same across scarcities
  

Timing

Stay sharp, the clock is always ticking. Streaks reset every two weeks, sending you back to Level 1.

There will be two Winter Quick Play windows, each running for roughly two weeks.

Streak Windows:

• Dec 2 to Dec 15 (11:59 PM CET)
  
• Dec 16 to Jan 1 (11:59 PM CET)
  

Chase the Big Prize

Levels 1–4 include rewards ranging from $2 Market Credits (terms apply) to $200 cash*.

But beating Level 5 unlocks something far bigger, the final prize reserved for true streak masters: a shared $20,000** grand prize.

All Managers who complete the full streak and clear Level 5 before the window closes will share the $20,000** equally. 

You’ll have two chances to chase the grand prize, one in each Winter Quick Play window. If no one completes the streak during the first December window, the grand prize will increase to $30,000** for the second and final window!

❄️ Rare Winter Colosseum

Quick Play lets you use all scarcities, but since it primarily focuses on Limited cards, we wanted to give Rare and Super Rare Winter Edition cards extra utility. 

You can now use them inside the Rare Colosseum: massive arenas with 100-Manager, cash rewards*, no Essence required to enter, and the ability to use two Classic cards alongside your Winter cards!

This Colosseum will run across the two major December Game Weeks when most leagues are active: GW33 (Dec 5–9) and GW35 (Dec 12–16).

Eligibility requirements:

• Rare, Super Rare, and Unique cards are all eligible
  
• 3 Winter Edition cards per lineup are required (whatever the scarcity: Rare, Super Rare, or Unique.)
  
• The remaining 2 cards may be Classic cards
  
• Cap 280
  
• No bonus applies except the 20% captain bonus
  

For the Colosseum, the “anytime entry” rule won’t apply. You’ll need to submit your lineups before the regular deadline.

Battle it out in the Colosseum and claim the rewards.

❄️ Frozen Crafting

Winter cards are the holy grail this month, powerful, collectible, and now obtainable in even more ways.

From now until January 1st, 11:59 PM CET, every crafted reward and leaderboard prize eligible for a Winter Edition will drop as one (excluding cards from MLS, K League, J League, Argentina, and Norway).

Introducing a new clue: The Snowglobe Shuffle

Remember the feeling of picking the wrong card, choosing one and then realizing you just missed out on Yamal, Haaland, or Dembélé?

Now you get a second chance.

After you make your pick, you can activate the Snowglobe Shuffle:

It reshuffles the 10 cards revealed in your draw, flips them face-down, and lets you pick again.

You need 300 Essence — in both Standard and Lucky Draws — to unlock the clue during a draw.

This time, no other clues can be used, no nationality, no league, no Best 5. Just pure instinct. If you used the Best 5 clue before your first pick, only those 5 cards will be reshuffled.

This new clue melts away with the snow on Jan 1, 11:59 PM CET. Unused Snowball Shuffle clues will be destroyed.
