Sees massive workload in win
Thompson totaled 15 points (6-12 FG, 3-7 3Pt), seven rebounds, six assists and one block across 37 minutes during Thursday's 123-94 victory over Brooklyn.
Analysis
With the Pacers sitting most of their key players for the front end of this back-to-back set, Thompson saw heavy run with the starters. He's averaging 29.4 minutes over his last seven games with 11.1 points, 2.9 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.9 three-pointers.

Scores 17 points in loss
Thompson supplied 17 points (4-8 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 8-10 FT), four rebounds and one assist over 30 minutes during Tuesday's 124-104 loss to the Timberwolves.
Analysis
Thompson has been one of several role players who have been experiencing an uptick in playing time for the Pacers, but he hasn't done much with increased minutes. He's started in four of his last five appearances dating back to March 29, but he's averaging just 10.4 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.4 assists on 26.2 minutes per game over that stretch. He might merit some consideration in deep formats because he's been starting regularly, but he doesn't carry a ton of fantasy upside overall.

Starting again versus Cleveland
Thompson will start in Sunday's game against Cleveland, Tony East of Forbes.com reports.
Analysis
The Pacers won't have any of their usual starters Sunday, allowing Thompson to re-enter the starting lineup for the third time in the last four games. In eight starts during the 2025-26 campaign, the 26-year-old has averaged 9.3 points, 2.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 0.5 blocks and 1.0 steals in 27.9 minutes.
