Pham's bat has been hot in September -- he's gone 13-for-41 (.317) over 10 contests this month. He has five multi-hit efforts in that span, and his ability to get on base at a high rate has helped him take over as the Royals' leadoff hitter. The veteran outfielder gave the Royals an insurance run when he took Mark Leiter deep in the seventh inning.
