Analysis
Lombard blasted his first career grand slam Wednesday as well as the first of the season for New York. The 21-year-old shortstop also became the youngest Yankee with a grand slam since Mickey Mantle way back in 1952, per Bryan Hoch of MLB.com. Through 96 major-league at-bats, Lombard is hitting .240 with three homers, 11 RBI, one stolen base and 14 runs scored.
