Texas recalled Peoples from Triple-A Round Rock on Monday.
Analysis
The Rangers cleared a spot on the 26-man active roster and in the bullpen for Peoples by placing Cole Winn (shoulder) on the 15-day injured list. Over his two previous stints with the Rangers this season, Peoples made 14 relief appearances and pitched to a 2.51 ERA and 1.19. WHIP across 14.1 innings.
