Vasquez was limited to just 68 pitches Wednesday, but he still managed to earn the win with another strong outing -- the righty has earned wins in four of his last five appearances while posting a 2.29 ERA over his last 35.1 frames. Vasquez's ERA is down to 4.02 this season with a 1.28 WHIP and 76:34 K:BB across 123 innings. He's currently in line to face the Reds on the road his next time out.

Analisi
The right-hander worked in bulk relief his previous time out, but he started Friday's contest and completed seven frames for the second time this season. Vasquez hasn't been tagged with a loss since late June, and in nine appearances (five starts) during that span he's gone 3-0 with a 3.65 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 14:6 K:BB across 37 innings. Even when the 27-year-old is pitching well, the lack of strikeout potential and inconsistent role limit his fantasy upside.
