Per usual, Foscue was in the lineup against a left-handed starter and delivered a game-tying double in the fourth inning to erase the Rays' early lead. He's hit safely in five straight games, going 5-for-14 with two doubles, one home run and five RBI during that streak. When not starting, he's often a mid-game replacement when opponents bring in a lefty reliever.

The infielder has been hot at the dish of late, slashing .282/.349/.590 with three homers over his past 15 contests. With most of his starts coming against left-handed pitching, Foscue is hitting .261/.327/.494 with 10 homers, 26 RBI and 21 runs across 199 plate appearances this season.
