Hurter (4-1) got the win in Saturday's 2-1 win over Oakland. He allowed one run on four hits and a walk in 5.1 innings while striking out three.
Analisi
Brenan Hanifee took the ball as the opener and faced the first three hitters before Hurter came on and took the game through the sixth inning. Hurter has one start in his first seven career appearances, but he's still managed to pick up a win in each of his last four games. The rookie left-hander has now pitched at least five innings in five of his seven appearances. Hurter has yet to allow more than three runs in any game and has a 3.00 ERA through 33 innings this season.

Hurter (3-1) earned the win Sunday, allowing one run on six hits in five innings against the Tigers. He struck out five.
Analisi
Hurter was moved back into a bulk relief role after making his first career start last time out, coming just a two-out Jarren Duran RBI single in the fifth inning away from holding the Red Sox off the board. It was the fourth time in six appearances this season that Hurter has tossed at least five innings with Sunday's performance representing the first time he's allowed as few as one run during those appearances. Hurter lowered his ERA to 3.25 with a 0.94 WHIP and 26 strikeouts over 27.2 innings. Whether as a starter or in a bulk relief role, Hurter figures to make his next appearance when the Tigers travel to Oakland to take on the A's.
