Buehler allowed two runs on five hits and two walks while striking out six over five innings in a no-decision versus the Angels on Tuesday.
Analyse
Buehler was able to limit the damage to solo home runs by Logan O'Hoppe and Taylor Ward. This was the first time Buehler completed five innings in four starts since he returned from a hip injury in mid-August. He's struggled to a 5.67 ERA, 1.61 WHIP and 45:20 K:BB over 54 innings across 12 starts this year. Buehler's next start is projected to be at home versus the Cubs.

Unimpressive in no-decision
Buehler did not factor into the decision in Thursday's win over the Orioles, allowing four runs (two earned) on five hits and one walk over 4.2 innings while striking out four.
Analyse
Buehler retired the first four batters he faced before Ryan O'Hearn reached on a fielding error by Max Muncy with one out in the second. The right-hander then allowed Cedric Mullins to reach in the next at-bat after initially striking him out - due to throwing a wild pitch on the final strike, eventually leading to three runs coming home for Baltimore in the frame. Buehler was later relieved by Anthony Banda after throwing 90 pitches on the night, marking the fourth consecutive start in which he's been unable to make it through five innings. He's also allowed multiple runs in eight straight outings (dating back to May 25 against the Reds) and now holds an 8:8 K:BB in August.
