On bench after six straight starts
Grisham is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Tigers.
Analyse
Grisham had started each of the last six games in the outfield, benefiting mainly from Cody Bellinger missing time recently due to a stiff back and an illness as well as Jasson Dominguez getting one game off. Though Grisham made the most of his time in the lineup by going 9-for-23 with four extra-base hits (three home runs, one double), nine RBI, six runs and two walks, he still looks like he'll have to settle for a part-time role in the outfield while all of Aaron Judge, Dominguez and Bellinger are healthy and while Ben Rice continues to excel as the team's primary designated hitter.

Homers twice in win
Grisham went 2-for-4 with two home runs and four RBI in Saturday's 10-4 win over the Pirates.
Analyse
Grisham took Bailey Falter deep twice, first with a solo homer in the third inning and then with a three-run shot in the fifth. He's logged three straight starts, going 6-for-11 with four extra-base hits, five runs scored and seven RBI in that stretch. While the 28-year-old is expected to be a bench option for the Yankees this season, he's making a strong early case for a more regular role.

Goes yard in rare start Thursday
Grisham went 3-for-4 with a home run, three RBI and three runs scored in Thursday's 9-7 win over Arizona.
Analyse
Grisham doubled in the first inning to plate a run, and he tagged Diamondbacks right-hander Merrill Kelly for a two-run blast and his first homer of the year in the third frame. Despite the absence of Giancarlo Stanton (elbows/calf), the 28-year-old Grisham still has just a part-time role in New York's outfield and has taken just 10 at-bats through five outings this season. Grisham is 5-for-10 with a double and four runs scored thus far, though.
