Meadows went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Sunday's 9-3 win over the Rays
Analyse
Meadows was bumped down in the batting order against righties recently due to some struggles at the plate, but he responded with a big home run Sunday, just his second of the season. While the 25-year-old is still batting only .172 with a .607 OPS, the Tigers seem committed to him in center field, largely due to his defensive abilities. Meadows remains inconsistent from a fantasy perspective, though he still has plenty of potential, as he's yet to reach 140 total games at the MLB level in his short career.

Meadows will start in center field and bat eighth in Sunday's game against the Rays, Evan Woodbery of MLive.com reports.
Analyse
Meadows had served as the Tigers' leadoff man against right-handed pitching since coming off the IL on June 2, but he appears to have ceded those duties to Colt Keith. Meadows has occupied a spot in the bottom third of the order in each of his last three starts versus righties, and he'll likely need to show some improvement at the dish before manager A.J. Hinch considers moving him back up in the lineup. The center fielder has mustered a woeful .167/.262/.296 slash line with one home run and two steals over 61 plate appearances.
