Will evaluate
Porzingis will "see what's the best direction" for him during free agency, Melissa Rohlin of the California Post reports.
Analysis
Porzingis will be an unrestricted free agent, allowing him to sign with any club heading into the 2026-27 campaign. Although the 30-year-old admitted to enjoying his time with the Warriors, he added that he would like to "look at the whole picture" while prioritizing his health. Porzingis began last season in Atlanta before being traded to Golden State. In 15 regular-season games with the Warriors, he averaged 16.1 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.1 blocks while shooting 31.1 percent from deep across 23.7 minutes per contest. However, as has been the case throughout Porzingis' career, he had trouble staying off the injury report. Golden State reportedly wants to re-sign him, although it will presumably be for much less than the two-year, $60 million extension he inked with the Celtics in 2023, especially considering his diagnosis of Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome.

Limited in season-ending loss
Porzingis accumulated 11 points (3-5 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT) and one rebound in 15 minutes during Friday's 111-96 Play-In Game loss to the Suns.
Analysis
Porzingis was mostly a non-factor, playing just 15 minutes as Golden State was sent packing by Phoenix. Following a midseason trade from the Hawks, Porzingis managed to stay relatively healthy despite continuing to deal with an ongoing illness. In 17 games following the trade, Porzingis averaged 16.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.1 blocks and 1.6 three-pointers.

Good to go Friday
Porzingis (ankle) is available for Friday's Play-In Tournament game against the Suns, Anthony Slater of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis
Porzingis will shed his questionable tag and suit up in Friday's win-or-go-home matchup. Over 28 minutes in Wednesday's Play-In Tournament win over the Clippers, the big man posted 20 points, five rebounds, five assists, two blocks and one steal.

Expected to play
Porzingis (ankle) is expected to play Friday against the Suns, Anthony Slater of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis
Porzingis is carrying a questionable tag, which is par for the course, but the Warriors are planning for him to suit up with their season on the line in the final Western Conference Play-In Game. Presumably, Porzingis will see a modest workload if given the green light.

Listed questionable for Friday
Porzingis is questionable for Friday's Play-In Tournament game against the Suns due to right ankle soreness.
Analysis
Anthony Slater of ESPN.com notes that Porzingis appeared to be favoring his ankle after Wednesday's win over the Clippers, so he seemingly picked up the injury at some point during the matchup. He'll presumably test the ankle during shootaround and warmups to see if he can take the court for Friday's must-win game.
