Coming off bench Monday
Caldwell-Pope is not in the starting lineup for Monday's game against the Warriors, Damichael Cole of The Memphis Commercial Appeal reports.
Analysis
Caldwell-Pope made a spot start Saturday and finished with 11 points, but he'll revert to a reserve role Monday. The veteran has primarily worked off the bench this season, averaging 8.3 points, 2.7 assists and 2.3 rebounds in 20.1 minutes per contest across 35 reserve appearances.

Starting vs. Portland
Caldwell-Pope will start against the Trail Blazers on Saturday.
Analysis
The Grizzlies will be without several key contributors Saturday, so Caldwell-Pope will enter the starting five for the first time since Nov. 12. As a starter this season (13 games), the veteran guard has averaged 8.1 points, 3.1 assists and 2.8 rebounds across 23.3 minutes per contest.

Will play Saturday
Caldwell-Pope (rest) will play Saturday against Portland.
Analysis
After getting the night off Friday for the front end of this back-to-back set, the veteran wing has the green light to return. He'll likely play a key role Saturday with so many Grizzlies on the injury report.

Late scratch Friday
Caldwell-Pope (rest) has been ruled out for Friday's game against Portland.
Analysis
Caldwell-Pope was an extremely late addition to the injury report and won't suit up in the front end of this back-to-back set. However, it appears likely the veteran guard will return for Saturday's rematch against the Trail Blazers. With Caldwell-Pope unavailable, Walter Clayton, Jahmai Mashack and Cam Spencer are candidates for increased minutes.
