Analysis
Champagnie's streak of three consecutive starts will come to a close as the Wizards trot out a lineup of Bub Carrington, Tre Johnson, Kyshawn George, Bilal Coulibaly and Jamir Watkins. With Alex Sarr (hamstring) and Tristan Vukcevic (illness) sidelined, Champagnie will likely be tasked with plenty of playing time despite the reserve role.

Analysis
Making his second straight start for the shorthanded Wizards, Champagnie produced a new season scoring high thanks to an impressive performance at the free-throw line while just missing his fourth double-double of the campaign. The fifth-year forward has scored in double digits in six of his last 11 games (four starts), averaging 10.4 points, 6.0 boards, 1.3 assists, 0.9 steals and 0.9 threes in 23.1 minutes a contest over that stretch.

Champagnie chipped in 14 points (5-10 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and one block over 15 minutes during Thursday's 126-117 victory over Detroit.
Analysis
Champagnie stepped into the starting lineup following the departure of Khris Middleton and posted a decent shooting line despite being limited to 15 minutes. However, Will Riley, Sharife Cooper, Anthony Gill and Jamir Watkins all saw significantly more playing time than Champagnie on a night in which the Wizards were thin across the board, so it'll be worth monitoring whether he sticks in the starting five moving forward.
