Thompson notched nine points (4-9 FG, 1-4 FT), seven rebounds, five assists, three blocks and two steals across 35 minutes during Thursday's 104-86 win over Atlanta.
Analysis
Thompson didn't really look for his shot in this one, but he did a nice job distributing the rock on offense, and he was a pest on the defensive end. The Rockets have now won six of their past eight games, and they'll look to earn their second straight victory Saturday versus the Mavericks.

Thompson had 25 points (11-23 FG, 3-3 FT), seven rebounds, four assists, one block and four steals in 36 minutes during Wednesday's 111-99 loss to San Antonio.
Analysis
The Rockets ran out of gas and surrendered a fourth-quarter rally to the Spurs, but Thompson held little blame for the defeat. The interior had no answer for Victor Wembanyama, but four of the starting five scored in double-digits to keep the game competitive. Thompson has enjoyed a productive January, with his 15-game average of 19.3 points, 8.4 rebounds, 5.5 assists, and 1.7 steals surging above his seasonal averages in most categories.

Thompson contributed eight points (3-10 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds, 14 assists and one steal in 42 minutes during Monday's 108-99 win over the Grizzlies.
Analysis
Thompson dished out a career-high 14 dimes in the win as the Rockets improved to 28-16 on the season. Despite slowing down as a scorer, Thompson has still produced fourth-round value in nine-category formats over his last eight games with 15.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, 6.4 assists, 1.6 steals and 0.5 blocks.
