Pitch Notes bring you the latest improvements and new features designed to enhance your Sorare experience, most of them shaped directly by your feedback.

Here’s what’s new in Sorare this week!

Hide Your Lineups

You can now move any lineup to the bottom of your list during a live Game Week. If a lineup is no longer relevant to you, send it out of the way so only the lineups that still matter stay front and center.

Just tap the “…” next to a lineup to move it. You can move it back to its original position at any time if it becomes relevant again.

Available on Web, iOS, and Android.

Simplified Navigation

We’ve improved the navigation and tabs in the left panel on desktop.

You can now navigate directly to key sections simply by hovering over the main tabs, making it faster and more intuitive to move around Sorare.

Market Page – What’s Next

We’ve heard your feedback on the new Explore Market page, and we’re already working on fast follows to further refine the experience based on your input:

  • Access to Auctions, Instant Buy, and Manager Sales: In addition to the direct access enabled by the new navigation described above, these pages will also be easier to reach directly from the Explore page through a more prominent sub-menu.
  • Competition & Scarcity Selectors: We will make these filters more prominent and and front and center, making it easier to switch between competitions and scarcities.

New Common Card Tiering

This week, we rolled out the first iteration of a new Common cards tiering system.

  • 1: DNP: Players with little to no recent game time.
    • 0 minutes in last 3 matches
      OR
    • Less than 50 minutes played in the last 10 matches

  • 2: Roster Player: Players regularly featuring for their club
    • At least 50 minutes played over the last 10 matches
AND At least 1 appearance in the last 3 matches

  • 3: Key Player: Regular contributors with consistent minutes and solid performances or players returning to form.
    • L10: 55+ (50+ for goalkeepers), AND at least 500 minutes over last 10 matches, AND at least 50 avg minutes per match.
      OR
    • L10: 55+ (50+ for goalkeepers) AND at least 60 minutes played in at least 2 of the last 3 matches.
  • 4: Star: Some of the best players in a League
  • 5: Icon: The 4 best players in a League

Key changes

  • Tiering is now based on players’ average minutes and performances, rather than mirroring Limited+ tiers.
  • The “Star” and “Icon” tiers are handpicked to ensure they truly represent the best available players.

Note: The new tiering system is designed to be transparent, straightforward for Managers to understand, and accurately reflect on-pitch performance. We will carefully monitor the quality of the pack and tiering experience. Adjustments may be made if necessary.

As we update the tiering system, some visual displays were still relying on the previous tier structure, including pack odds, scrap missions, and daily missions. We’re actively working to align everything with the new tiering. Thanks for your patience during the transition.

We will monitor feedback and continue to refine this system. You can expect further updates very soon!

Winter Gameplay Update – Part 2

As a reminder from our Gameplay Update – Part 1:
We’ll reveal the gameplay details for leagues launching in February by the end of January.

That’s it for this week’s Pitch Notes!

As always, keep the feedback coming, every idea helps us make Sorare better for all Managers!
