These Credit Terms and Conditions (“Credit Terms”) govern your use of market credits (“Credits”) that can be won as rewards through Sorare Football’s Collect Missions. Capitalized terms not defined here will have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions and/or additional Applicable Terms

1. Use of Credits

1.1. Primary Marketplace

Credits can only be used to purchase eligible Collectibles on the Sorare.com Football Primary Market (i.e., Auctions and Instant Buy only). Credits may not be available for all scarcities and/or players’ Collectibles offered on Sorare.com; availability is subject to Sorare’s sole discretion.

1.2. Applicable Credits

Credits are a one hundred percent (100%) discount on Sorare Football primary market Collectibles, up to the amount indicated on the Website or App. For example, a 50$ Credit would permit a User to purchase up to $50 in Collectibles with a full, 100% discount of $50 off, resulting in a final price of $0.

1.3. Maximum Use

Sorare, in its sole discretion, may designate a maximum limit on the amount a Credit may be applied per User account and/or per transaction. Unless otherwise indicated, Credits may be used for multiple purchases before the Expiration Date up to the certain currency amount in Credits awarded to you in these Credit Terms.

1.4. Minimum Spend

Sorare, in its sole discretion, may designate a minimum purchase amount for which a Credit may be applied per User account and/or per transaction. In the event that there is a minimum purchase amount applicable, it will be indicated to you.

1.5. Expiration

Credits will expire thirty (30) days after they have been made available to a User (the “Expiration Date”). By failing to use your Credit(s) before this Expiration Date, you understand and agree you have waived the right to redeem such Credit(s) and are not entitled to, nor will you receive, additional or alternative Credit(s), nor any other compensation or remuneration.

1.6. Restrictions

Credits are not redeemable for cash, ETH, or other items on Sorare.com. Credit(s) are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed on the Sorare.com Secondary Market. Except where specified, Credit cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts that may be available on or offered by Sorare.com. 

1.7. Wallet Activation and KYC Requirements

Sorare, at its sole discretion, may require you to successfully activate the Cash Wallet powered by Mangopay (or Default Wallet as defined in Sorare Terms and Conditions) and complete the KYC verification required by Mangopay within a specific timeframe indicated to you(e.g., fourteen (14) days) as a condition to your acquisition of a Collectible using a Credit. In the event that there is a KYC verification required, it will be indicated to you along with the corresponding timeframe in which to complete such KYC verification. If you do not successfully complete the KYC verification within the specified timeframe, the transaction will be voided and any amount paid by you for the purchase of the Collectible on top of the Credit will be refunded to you.

2. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify, at any time, all or part of these Credit Terms. By accepting and using a Credit, you accept the then-current version of these Credit Terms. The applicable version of the Credit Terms is the latest version made available to you.
