What happens if there are scoring issues for a Sorare Football game?
Sorare partners with the world leader in sports data for scoring data.
If technical issues are causing the reception by Sorare of a player’s performance data to be significantly delayed, we will try to resolve scoring before closing the scoring for the current Game Week.
However, if we still do not receive full performance statistics for a player before the scoring for a Game Week is closed, only the player’s decisive statistics will be used to determine that player’s definitive scoring in a Competition (i.e a player’s Decisive Scores).
For the avoidance of doubt, a player’s Decisive Scores is based on the following data only:
- Goals
- Assists
- Red Cards
- Clean sheets (goalkeepers)
- 3 goals conceded (goalkeepers)
- Starter / Sub points
Scores for the Game Weeks are expected to close every Tuesdays and Fridays at 8PM CET at the latest.
How to report a scoring error?
The scores for Sorare Football, Sorare MLB, and Sorare NBA are updated:
- Every five (5) minutes during matches
- Every five (5) minutes for an hour after the end of each match
- Every hour, starting from one (1) hour after the end of each match
There is a review system in place to ensure accurate and timely scores; however, there are sometimes scoring errors. If you think you've spotted an error, please submit a ticket by selecting "Scoring Issue".
Please note that according to our data providers’ rules, if a pass is deflected it won't be counted as an assist.
Please wait at least 12 hours after the end of matches before reporting a scoring error. Most of the time, scoring errors will be automatically corrected without anyone needing to report them.
