Why is my account blocked? 

We may block accounts for abusing the referral program, multi-accounting reasons, or when users break our fairness regulations in an attempt to gain an unfair competitive advantage. If you think this is why you have been blocked, please check your email for a message from our support team or submit a ticket.

Card movements between accounts are monitored. If your account triggers our fraud detection, your accounts may be suspended from play. 

Fraud detection: Sorare fraud detection flags accounts that have received a significant percentage of their gallery (cards) for a significantly lower value than their average market value. We have put this in place to detect possible multi-accounting from users who are pooling cards together to gain an unfair competitive advantage. We do not define 'significantly' because we want to protect our community from users who may try to abuse the system.

Consequences: If accounts are suspected of breaking the rules, they will be notified via email and suspended from competition for 7 days. We will give the user an opportunity to explain the situation to Sorare. If after 7 days the account is still not in compliance, the account and associated accounts may be subject to further suspensions or be banned indefinitely.
