How long do transactions take? Where is my card? Where is my ETH?

Typically cards are traded or transferred within seconds or minutes. Our goal is to always complete transactions efficiently, with a maximum wait of 24 hours, but delays with card and Ethereum transfers sometimes happen (e.g. 48 to 72 hours) during peak times of demand.

If there is a delay, it is likely because the Ethereum network is busy and gas fees are high. Gas fees are payments made to cover the cost of the computing energy required to process transactions on the Ethereum blockchain. Here is a more technical explanation of gas fees.
