Clubs 53rd homer

Judge went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBI in Saturday's 6-1 win over the Orioles.

Analysis

The reigning AL MVP got the Yankees on the board with a solo shot off Tomoyuki Sugano in the first inning, before adding a two-run single in the fifth. Judge has done everything he can in 2025 to repeat as MVP -- his 1.149 OPS is nearly 200 points clear of Cal Raleigh's .954, and he's second in the AL to the Seattle catcher in both homers (60 to 53) and RBI (125 to 114).

Pops 52nd homer

Judge went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer and a walk in Friday's 8-4 victory over the Orioles.

Analysis

The two-time MVP bolstered his case for a third award with a 423-foot, two-run shot off Baltimore starter Trevor Rogers in the third inning. Judge has been scorching hot in September, as he seeks to become the 13th player all-time to win three MVP awards, batting .370 (27-for-73) with nine homers, 25 runs scored and 14 RBI in 23 games this month. Overall, the star outfielder now sports an absurd .330/.458/.687 slash line with 135 runs scored and 111 RBI over 671 plate appearances.

Launches two more homers

Judge went 3-for-4 with two home runs, a walk and four RBI in Wednesday's 8-1 victory over the White Sox.

Analysis

Judge put the Yankees on the board with a three-run blast in the second inning -- his 50th homer of the season -- before adding another long ball in the eighth to cap off his night and record his seventh multi-homer game of the season. The 33-year-old has now reached base safely in 13 straight games, batting .439 with 17 walks in that stretch, and he continues to make history, becoming just the fourth player ever to record four seasons with at least 50 home runs. Judge still leads MLB with a .328 batting average and sports a monstrous 1.136 OPS to go with 109 RBI, 133 runs, 29 doubles and 12 stolen bases across 662 plate appearances. The superstar remains locked in a two-man MVP race with Cal Raleigh as Judge chases his third MVP award in the last four seasons.
