How can I change my username and profile photo?
In order to change your username and profile photo you will need to go to the Settings page.
To access the Settings page you will need to click on the icon to the left of the search bar and select “Settings” from the drop-down.
From the My Account tab you will be able to upload a new image and change your username.
Note: You cannot change your account URL.
How can I change my language settings?
In order to change your language settings you will need to scroll all the way down from any page and click on the language box circled in red below.
We currently offer 9 languages:
- Arabic
- English (UK)
- English (US)
- Spanish
- French
- Italian
- Russian
- Turkish
How can I change my email address?
To change the email associated with your Sorare account:
- While logged into Sorare, click on your profile picture and go to Settings, or go to this link
- Click on "My Account" and scroll down to "Account Email"
- Click on "Change Email"
Please note that due to privacy protection the support team cannot change your email for you, this change can be made on your end by following the steps above.
How do I reset my password?
If you lost or forgot your password, you can reset it easily.
- Go to Sorare Sign In
- Click on Password forgotten
- Enter the email associated with your account
- Check your email for an email from Sorare
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password
After creating your new password, we recommend using two-factor authentication (2FA) to make your account more secure. You can turn on 2FA by visiting your account settings.
How can I delete my account?
To delete your account:
- Hover over your club icon
- Click on Settings
- Scroll down to the bottom of the "My Account" page
- Click on Delete Account

If you do not want to use a password manager:
- Use a long and random password that is unique to your Sorare account.
- Do not reuse passwords from other websites, especially your email account.
- Do not use a word or words that can be found in a dictionary or the name of a person, character, product, or organization.
Once you have created a unique password, follow these guidelines to keep it safe:
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- Never send a password by email, instant message, or any other means of communication that is not reliably secure.
- Use a unique password for each website.
- Immediately change passwords on accounts that you suspect have been compromised
- Activate 2FA whenever it is available.
