Branham is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the Mavericks, Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News reports.
Analysis

Spurs pick up option
The Spurs exercised their fourth-year team option on Branham on Friday, Paul Garcia of ProjectSpurs.com reports.
Analysis
Branham has emerged as a solid rotational piece for the Spurs and has improved with each passing year, so the team has decided to keep him around not only for this season, but for 2025-26 as well. Branham averaged 9.2 points, 2.1 assists and 2.0 rebounds per game across 75 regular-season appearances in 2023-24, his second year in The Association.
