Analysis
Hoerner went 0-for-4 in Tuesday's contest, but before that, he was riding a nine-game hitting streak. Over his last 15 games, the infielder is batting .316 with 14 runs scored and five stolen bases. Hoerner's greatest fantasy asset is his speed, and if he keeps getting on base consistently, he should be able to rack up plenty of steals and score a fair amount of runs as well.

Hoerner went 2-for-5 with two RBI and two runs scored in Sunday's 14-1 win over the Nationals.
Analysis
Hoerner is now riding an eight-game hitting streak, with multi-hit performances in his last two contests. The shortstop has three extra-base knocks during the stretch, all of them doubles, but he continues to derive much of his fantasy value from his ability on the bases. Hoerner has four stolen bases over the last eight games and a team-high 27 for the season. If he keeps getting on at a high rate, he should be able to keep racking up steals.
