Resumes all baseball activities
Meyers (calf) has resumed sprinting, hitting and fielding, MLB.com reports.
Analysis
Meyers landed on the injured list July 11 but is ramping up his activity. The team plans for him to increase the volume and intensity of his work before advancing him to live at-bats. Meyers is still projected to return in August, but his activation looks likely to come later in the month.

Resumes running
The Astros announced Monday that Meyers (calf) has resumed running on flat ground, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.
Analysis
Meyers is conducting his rehab for a right calf strain in Houston and has taken his first steps in his recovery since hitting the injured list July 11. He's expected to return from the IL at some point in August, but until Meyers is back in action, the Astros will likely get by with a platoon of Taylor Trammell and Chas McCormick in center field.
