Getting day off
Dingler is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Diamondbacks.
Analysis
Dingler will receive a rest after he was behind the plate for each of Detroit's last three games while going 7-for-13 with one home run, four runs and five RBI. Jake Rogers will form a battery with starting pitcher Chris Paddack on Wednesday in the latter's Detroit debut.

Goes deep in three-hit game
Dingler went 3-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in Monday's 5-1 win over the Diamondbacks.
Analysis
Dingler has been in a nice groove lately, as he now has hits in four straight games, with three of them going down as multi-hit performances. Overall, the Detroit catcher is slashing .279/.320/.435 with nine home runs, 29 runs scored and 40 RBI across 80 games. He's been more effective against lefties, sporting an .889 OPS in those matchups, and his long ball Monday came against Arizona southpaw Eduardo Rodriguez. However, Dingler still has a solid .710 OPS against righties, giving him broad fantasy appeal in his starting role.

Tallies two hits in win
Dingler went 2-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored in Sunday's 10-4 win over the Blue Jays.
Analysis
After getting a breather Saturday, Dingler returned for Sunday's series finale and tallied his third multi-hit performance over his last six games. The Detroit catcher slashed just .167/.195/.310 in 27 regular-season games last year, but he's been much improved in 2025, compiling a .272/.314/.419 slash line through 79 contests. Dingler's strong play has allowed him to seize the starting role behind the plate, with Jake Rogers serving as the clear backup for the Tigers.

Analysis
Dingler will sit down Saturday after tallying three hits across the first two games of the series. Jake Rogers will bat ninth while filling in as the Tigers' catcher.
