Wallet troubleshooting

I cancelled my withdrawal and now I have 0 ETH balance

Don't worry, your ETH didn't disappear. If you started a withdrawal but interrupted the process, your ETH will get 'locked' and won't be visible in your ETH Wallet balance.

To return the balance to your wallet:

  • Visit the Withdraw page of your wallet
  • Click on Cancel Withdrawal

Once completed, your ETH balance will return to your ETH Wallet.
