📅 Game Delays and Suspensions: What Happens on Sorare MLB?

Weather and delays are a part of baseball—here’s how we keep your Sorare experience fair and transparent:

1️⃣ One Game, One Competition

Each MLB game only counts in one Sorare competition, no matter when it’s rescheduled.

🙅 Suspended or Delayed Games

If a game is suspended, Sorare may keep the competition open until it finishes (counting all stats) or close it as scheduled (using only stats before the delay). Closing decisions are at Sorare’s discretion—typically, competitions stay open up to 24 hours before we manually close them.

🔚 Missions and Deadlines

Missions tied to specific games are judged by their original end time. If your player’s feat happens after the deadline, it won’t count.

🎁 June 6-7 Daily Competitions – Essence Coming Your Way

For Daily Swing & Daily Derby on June 6-7, the Arizona Diamondbacks – Cincinnati Game that was delayed was not adjusted as described above. This led to issues with how both Daily competitions were scored. To remedy this, we’re distributing Essence to all Managers who submitted a daily lineup on those days, based on the scarcity tiers you competed in. Essence was distributed on June 18.

Compensation Details:

⚪Common Lineups: 100 Essence
🟡Limited Lineups: 50 Essence
🔴Rare Lineups: 50 Essence
🔵Super Rare Lineups: 25 Essence
🟣Unique Lineups: 25 Essence
