Company Leagues 

Company Leagues are fantasy football leaderboard competitions based on the Sorare Rivals game mode that will run from June 14, 2024 to July 14, 2024 (the “Competition Period”).

Company Leagues can be created by all Users to invite and compete with their colleagues. In Company Leagues you compete with your colleagues against other Company Leagues in a global leaderboard for a chance to win rewards, including a Zidane signed jersey and 4 Match Tickets (Première League, LaLiga EA, La Ligue 1, Serie A).

Non-defined capitalized terms have the meaning associated with them in the Game Rules. Any discrepancy between the Game Rules and these Official Rules must be interpreted in favor of the latter. 

Company Leagues cannot participate in the same competitions as the Co-op Rivals Leagues and Ambassadors Leagues.

Eligibility Criteria 

• You must have a valid Sorare account to participate in a Company League. 
• You must be an employee of the company you are creating a Company League for.
• You can create only one Company League.
• You must create your Company League by June 14, 2024 12pm CET.
• User’s participation in a Company League is subject to their agreement with Sorare Terms and Conditions. 
• Users can only join one Company League.

Scoring and Leaderboards

• Users’ best score of the day, out of all the Matches Users played that day (and that were listed in their League’s Matches tab), is a User’s Daily Score. The Daily Score is the only one that counts in the League’s leaderboard (please note that scarcity bonuses do not apply in determining a Daily Score).

• User’s Daily Score will only count towards its Company League’s leaderboard from the moment a User joins that league (i.e. User’s Daily Score will not carry over from one League to another).

• Every day, in Company Leagues:
  • each member’s Daily Scores cumulate to constitute an individual cumulated Daily Score; and 
  • all members of your Company League are ranked based on their individual cumulated Daily Score (in the event of a tie in the Daily Scores, the ranking will be adjusted on the basis of the Teams entry time).

• Additionally, in Company Leagues:
  • Only the scores of the Top 5 members of your Company League are cumulated to determine your League Score; and
  • Sorare will send a newsletter to all companies which entered a Company League including each Company League’s rank in the League Leaderboard.
  • The League Score of your Company League does not count in the League vs League leaderboard and/or Co-op Rivals Leagues competitions.

Rewards

• Global rewards: at the end of the Competition Period:
  • Company Leagues will be ranked based on their Company League Score and the first place will be rewarded with top prizes, including:
    • A Zidane signed jersey, 4 Match Tickets (subject to availability: Première League, LaLiga EA, Ligue 1, Serie A) (travel and accommodation not included).

• Eligible winners may receive a reward notification email to provide any relevant requested information for their reward to be validated. Failure to answer within fifteen (15) calendar days or to provide such information within this timeframe will result in the eligible winner’s automatic forfeiture of the reward.

All rewards are subject to availability and may be replaced by a similar reward at Sorare’s sole discretion.
