In the world of football, every goal and victory is a moment of exhilaration celebrated through the hearts of fans around the globe. Sorare endeavors to capture these jubilant moments via our next-level fantasy football experience, and we’ve brought them to life through our all-new Special Edition Celebration Cards.

After the recent launch of our special Away Kit Edition Cards in collaboration with Liverpool FC, we’re continuing our momentum into the festive season.

Every day in December, as an advent calendar, you’ll have the opportunity to scout new players on the marketplace with a Celebration Card from the following top leagues: Premier League, LALIGA, Bundesliga, and Serie A.

Auction timing & card utility

We will auction the following card scarcities and amounts on the Marketplace starting Friday, Dec. 1 at 6pm CET/12pm ET, and ending Monday, Dec. 25 at 2pm CET/8am ET

• Ten (10) Limited Cards for each player
• Two (2 ) Rare Cards for each each player
• Super Rare and Unique Cards will also be available for certain players (keep your eyes peeled!)

These Special Edition cards can be used in Sorare Football competitions like other Limited, Rare, and Super Rare Cards. Special Edition cards also contribute 20 points toward your Collection Score, which helps increase your Collections Bonus. As always, special edition cards are part of the existing player card supply.

Design genesis

In designing these Celebration Cards, we wanted the photography to shine; for the first time ever, we’ve worked with our partners to select the coolest celebration poses to make these cards stand out.

We’ve also revamped the background by focusing on the hexagon shape of a football, and given it a more metallic treatment. In the 3D view, you’ll also be able to see smaller details to make those cards even more special.
