Ruled out for Wednesday
George won't play Wednesday against the Wizards due to left groin tightness.
Analiz
After logging 38 minutes Monday against the Suns, George will be held out against the Wizards with what is seemingly a new injury. Joel Embiid (foot) is also out for the 76ers, leaving a ton of usage for guys like Tyrese Maxey and Kelly Oubre to soak up. George's next chance to play will be Friday against the Pelicans.

George finished with 13 points (5-18 FG, 3-9 3Pt), nine rebounds, five assists and two steals in 38 minutes during Monday's 109-99 loss to Phoenix.
Analiz
George has struggled to reclaim his form as one of the best two-way players in the NBA with the 76ers. Even though he recorded two steals, grabbed five rebounds and dished out two assists in the loss to the Suns, George went 5-for-18 from the floor. The 34-year-old is currently shooting a career-low 41.4 percent from the field on the season and 33.5 percent from beyond the arc, which is the second-worst percentage of his career from deep.

George accumulated 30 points (11-20 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 4-4 FT), eight rebounds, five assists, one block and one steal over 36 minutes before fouling out of Wednesday's 113-107 loss to the Kings.
Analiz
Even though the 76ers lost a tight game, George delivered a solid stat line. He recorded his second-best scoring output of the campaign, only bested by the 33-point performance he delivered in the win over the Hornets on Dec. 16. More important than that is the fact that this was a massive bounce-back effort for George. He hit the 15-point mark just once in his previous six contests before starting the new year with this strong showing.
