The Blue Jays reinstated Sanchez (ankle) from the injured list Friday, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca reports.

The 28-year-old had been hitting the ball well before being sidelined, slashing .274/.316/.437 with seven homers and 29 RBI in 234 plate appearances this season. Toronto optioned Yohendrick Pinango to Triple-A Buffalo to make room for Sanchez on the active roster.
