Murphy hit the 25-point milestone for the 16th time this season, and his 12 field-goal attempts were the fewest he's taken to get there. The sharpshooting wing has now knocked down at least four three-pointers in five of his last six games, and he's generated a total of 12 steals during that stretch. He'll look to extend his streak of 20-point games to six when the Pelicans face Houston on Friday.

Análise
Despite dealing with minor neck spasms earlier in the week, Murphy looked just fine Friday as he logged a massive 41-minute workload. While his efficiency from the floor was slightly down, he made his presence felt by getting to the line and connecting on four triples for the second consecutive night. The fifth-year wing has been highly productive since returning from a shoulder injury, averaging 21.3 points, 3.7 triples and 2.0 steals over his last three appearances.

The fifth-year wing has been locked in from long range since missing the first five games after the All-Star break due to a shoulder issue. Over three games since getting back onto the court, Murphy is averaging 19.3 points, 5.7 boards, 3.7 assists, 3.7 threes and 2.0 steals while shooting 47.8 percent (11-for-23) from beyond the arc.
