The MVP candidate came up huge once again for the Thunder as they completed their first-round sweep of the Grizzlies. Gilgeous-Alexander topped 30 points in each of the last two games, and he's averaged 27.8 points, 6.0 assists, 5.0 boards, 1.8 threes, 1.3 steals and 1.0 blocks to begin his postseason. SGA and the rest of the OKC lineup will get some time to rest as they await the winner of the Nuggets-Clippers series, which is tied 2-2 heading into Game 5 on Tuesday.

Leads all scorers in comeback win
Gilgeous-Alexander had 31 points (10-26 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 9-9 FT), four rebounds, eight assists, one block and one steal across 40 minutes during Thursday's 114-108 win over Memphis in Game 3 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

Despite a slow start, Gilgeous-Alexander once again helped propel the Thunder to victory, this time coming from 29 points behind during the second quarter. It was the second-largest playoff comeback since 1997, with Gilgeous-Alexander again flaunting his MVP credentials. Oklahoma City will look to wrap things up when the two teams meet again in Memphis on Saturday.

Game-high 27 points in Game 2
Gilgeous-Alexander registered 27 points (10-29 FG, 3-10 3Pt, 4-4 FT), seven rebounds, five assists and two steals over 38 minutes in Tuesday's 118-99 victory over the Grizzlies in Game 2 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
Análise
Gilgeous-Alexander finished Tuesday's contest as the game's leading scorer, though he wasn't efficient from the field for a second straight game. Over the first two games of the series, Gilgeous-Alexander has connected on just 33.3 percent of his field-goal attempts and has gone 4-for-17 from beyond the arc. Gilgeous-Alexander's shooting hasn't been much of an issue as the Thunder have taken a 2-0 series lead in convincing fashion, and he'll look to have a better shooting performance in Game 3 at Memphis.

Shaky shooting in Game 1 win
Gilgeous-Alexander (shin) tallied 15 points (4-13 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 6-7 FT), five assists, three rebounds and two blocks across 23 minutes Sunday in the Thunder's 131-80 win over the Grizzlies in Game 1 of the first-round playoff series.
Análise
With the Thunder having secured the league's top record heading into the final week of the regular season, Gilgeous-Alexander sat out the team's last three games due to a left shin contusion. Still, the injury likely wouldn't have prevented him from playing if Oklahoma City had something at stake. As expected, Gilgeous-Alexander was cleared to play in the postseason opener, and while he didn't shoot the ball well from three-point range, he cleaned up at the free-throw line and received plenty of support from his teammates. Despite the substandard performance, Gilgeous-Alexander was a plus-28 during his time on the court, and the Thunder had the luxury of resting him for the final 17 minutes of the game after amassing a 51-point lead with 4:50 left in the third quarter. Gilgeous-Alexander should be in line for more substantial workloads in the remaining games of the series if the Grizzlies can stay more competitive.
