Análise
The perennial MVP candidate led all scorers on the night, but Jokic didn't get a lot of help, especially after Jamal Murray (ankle) headed to the locker room after playing just 18 minutes and didn't return. Jokic has scored more than 20 points in 14 straight games, averaging 27.8 points, 13.7 boards, 9.3 assists, 1.4 threes, 1.2 steals and 0.9 blocks over that stretch.

Jokic nearly committed double-digit turnovers, but he shot the ball with efficiency, which was evident by a perfect 8-for-8 night at the charity stripe. He also led the Nuggets in rebounds and assists. Jokic is averaging 27.6 points, 13.2 rebounds, 9.4 assists and 1.0 blocks over his last five matchups.

Análise
Jokic's double-double lacked its usual pop, but 11 appearances at the charity stripe and a high rebound total helped to buoy his bottom line. He ceded most of the heavy lifting to Jamal Murray, who kept making shots to keep ahead of the shorthanded Jazz. The Nuggets take on the Lakers next, and it will be Jokic's first appearance against them after an injury sidelined him in their only other meeting this season.

Sniffs triple-double in defeat
Jokic chipped in 35 points (15-26 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 4-6 FT), 13 rebounds, nine assists, two blocks and one steal in 37 minutes during Sunday's 117-108 loss to Minnesota.
Análise
Jokic once again led the Nuggets in points, rebounds and assists, though it wasn't enough to power his team to victory. While the superstar big man was efficient from the field and posted elite numbers, turnovers were a problem yet again. He gave the ball away a game-high five times and has committed at least three turnovers in three of his last four outings. He also struggled from three-point range, where he has shot just 25.9 percent over the last three games. Regardless, Jokic has racked up three double-doubles and two triple-doubles over six outings since the All-Star break.
