Buzelis stepped on an opposing player's foot and limped to the locker room with 6:42 remaining in the final quarter. He returned to the bench shortly thereafter but never checked back in, finishing with 15 points (6-8 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), two rebounds and two blocks across 18 minutes. His status will be worth monitoring ahead of Friday's game against Philadelphia.

Buzelis exited to the locker room during Tuesday's game against the Hawks due to an apparent leg injury, Lauren L. Williams of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Análise
Buzelis left the game limping and went straight to the locker room after appearing to step on Asa Newell's foot. However, Buzelis returned to the bench shortly thereafter. If he doesn't get back into the game, Kevin Huerter and Patrick Williams are candidates to see more minutes.

Scores season-high 28 points in win
Buzelis closed with 28 points (10-11 FG, 7-8 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, two blocks and one steal in 29 minutes during Sunday's 152-150 win over the Hawks.
Análise
Not only did Buzelis notch a season best in points, but he also set a new career high in made triples with seven and finished with an impeccable true shooting percentage of 117.8. Buzelis has now scored 20 points in back-to-back games for the first time in his career, and he'll look to extend the 20-point scoring streak to three in Tuesday's rematch with Atlanta.

Breaks out with 24 points
Buzelis closed Friday's 136-125 win over the Cavaliers with 24 points (9-15 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 4-6 FT), five rebounds, one assist, two blocks and two steals in 33 minutes.
Análise
It was the second-year forward's best scoring performance since Oct. 29, when he dropped a season-high 27 points on the Spurs. Buzelis has managed just 18 points combined in his prior two games and had gone six straight without reaching 20, averaging just 12.8 points, 4.5 boards, 1.8 assists, 1.0 steals and 0.8 blocks during that rough patch.

Dry spell continues
Buzelis amassed nine points (3-7 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT), one rebound, one assist and one block over 22 minutes during Wednesday's 127-111 win over Cleveland.
Análise
Buzelis continues to play limited minutes despite starting, resulting in muted production over the past week. In three games during that time, he has averaged just 9.3 points and 1.0 blocks in 23.2 minutes per contest. As per usual, it appears the Bulls will once again strive for mediocrity by securing a play-in spot. Buzelis is someone fantasy managers will want to try and hold, although moving on from him might help you avoid more disappointing lines.
