Brunson entered Wednesday's contest having connected on just 30.0 percent of his field-goal attempts in his two prior outings. His struggles from deep continued, but he was efficient overall from the field and connected on a game-high seven free-throw attempts. Since returning from a two-game absence in mid-November due to an ankle injury, Brunson has averaged 27.1 points on 47.6 percent shooting, along with 6.3 assists, 2.8 rebounds, 2.3 threes and 0.9 steals over 36.0 minutes per game.

Shooting woes continue Tuesday
Brunson ended Tuesday's 123-117 loss to Boston with 15 points (6-21 FG, 1-8 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 11 assists, three rebounds and one steal in 39 minutes.
Análise
Brunson struggled to find his rhythm yet again, posting a season-low 15 points in the loss. The star point guard has failed to reach the 20-point threshold in back-to-back games for the first time this season, shooting just 30.0 percent from the field and 14.3 percent from downtown in his last two outings. However, he still dished out a game-high 11 assists, securing his fourth double-double in 18 regular-season games.

Cools off in Sunday's win
Brunson provided 18 points (6-19 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 5-5 FT), six rebounds and seven assists over 34 minutes during Sunday's 116-94 victory over the Raptors.
Análise
Brunson's streak of scoring at least 27 points ended at seven games Sunday, though he still finished as the Knicks' co-leader in assists with Josh Hart while finishing third in scoring behind Hart (20 points) and Karl-Anthony Towns (22 points). Brunson will end the month of November having averaged 27.3 points, 6.6 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 2.8 threes over 34.2 minutes per game.

Brunson closed Friday's 118-109 win over the Bucks with 37 points (12-21 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 9-10 FT), one rebound, five assists and one steal in 39 minutes.
Análise
Brunson surpassed the 30-point mark for the third time over his last four games, and he came through when the Knicks needed him the most with a few clutch buckets in the fourth quarter. Brunson has left his ankle injury in the rearview and has been excellent of late. He's averaging 31.6 points and 6.1 assists per game in his last seven appearances.
