Clutch fourth quarter in win
Brunson tallied 34 points (8-17 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 15-16 FT), seven assists, three rebounds and one steal over 36 minutes during Wednesday's 110-105 win over the 76ers.
Análise
Brunson dished all seven of his assists in the first half of Wednesday's game, six of which went to Mikal Bridges. Brunson took on a more prominent scoring role in the second half, particularly in the last two minutes of the fourth quarter when he scored nine straight points to help the Knicks pull away from the 76ers. His 15 free throws were his second most of the season, and he reached the 30-point threshold for the 20th time on the year. Brunson has averaged 27.1 points on 48.9 percent shooting, 6.9 assists, 2.7 rebounds and 0.9 steals over 35.3 minutes per game over his last 10 outings.

Brunson notched 22 points (9-19 FG, 4-9 3Pt), three rebounds, four assists and one steal in 38 minutes during Sunday's 118-105 loss to the Celtics.
Análise
Brunson scored 15 of his 22 points in the third quarter of Sunday's game to help the Knicks reduce the deficit to four points, but the All-Star point guard was held scoreless in the final frame. Brunson could be heavily relied on offensively against the 76ers on Wednesday if Karl-Anthony Towns -- who briefly left Sunday's game due to a knee injury -- is unable to play. Brunson has averaged 26.3 points on 49.1 percent shooting, 6.9 assists, 2.7 rebounds and 0.9 steals over 35.1 minutes per game since the beginning of February.

Brunson ended Thursday's 113-111 overtime win over Chicago with 22 points (8-21 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 4-4 FT), three rebounds, 12 assists, one block and one steal over 38 minutes.
Análise
The Knicks were a bit shorthanded Thursday, but Brunson handled a full workload and posted a solid stat line en route to his second double-double this month. Brunson has four double-doubles over his last 10 appearances, a span in which he's averaging 26.4 points, 2.3 rebounds, 8.6 assists and 1.1 steals per game.
