The Kings assigned Jeffries to the G League's Stockton Kings on Tuesday, James Ham of ESPN 1320 Sacramento reports.
Análise
Jeffries will sit out Sacramento's game Wednesday in Toronto while he instead suits up for Stockton the same night in its first-round matchup with the Iowa Wolves in the G League playoffs. Since signing a 10-day hardship contract with Sacramento last week, Jeffries has appeared in three games and has averaged 10.3 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.3 three-pointers in 20.0 minutes.

Notches 14 points in loss
Jeffries amassed 14 points (4-9 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), two rebounds and two steals in 26 minutes during Sunday's 116-99 loss to the Nets.

With DeMar DeRozan (hamstring) sidelined, Jeffries was able to step into a large role off the bench. Jeffries, who is on a 10-day contract, has fared well in three appearances with 10.3 points, 1.7 rebounds, 0.7 steals and 1.3 three-pointers in 20.0 minutes per contest.

Strong showing off bench
Jeffries posted 15 points (6-9 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds and one assist over 27 minutes during the Kings' 123-113 loss to the Hawks on Saturday.
Análise
Jeffries gave the Kings a bit of a spark with 12 points in the second half (including seven in the fourth quarter) to lead the bench in scoring and the team with a plus-eight point differential. It was his second outing with Sacramento after signing a 10-day hardship contract Thursday, and the Tulsa product should continue to see meaningful playing time off the bench given the plethora of Kings players sidelined due to injury.
