Productive outing in loss
Carrington provided 17 points (7-12 FG, 3-7 3Pt), seven assists, six rebounds and one block across 37 minutes during Monday's 110-106 loss to the Clippers.
Análise
With Bilal Coulibaly (back) unavailable for a third straight game, Carrington got the starting nod once again. After shooting 5-for-14 from the field in Saturday's loss to Denver, the second-year point guard bounced back, finishing as Washington's third-leading scorer while knocking down three triples for a third consecutive contest. Carrington also led the Wizards in assists and has dished out at least seven dimes in four of his last five games.

Just misses double-double Friday
Carrington recorded 11 points (3-4 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, nine assists and one steal over 39 minutes during Friday's 128-115 loss to the Kings.
Análise
Making his second start in January, Carrington fell one dime short of his first double-double of the season. The second-year guard will likely return to the bench once Bilal Coulibaly (back) is ready to return, but Carrington has been seeing plenty of court time with the second unit as well. Over the last six contests, including both those recent starts, he's averaging 9.8 points, 6.3 assists, 4.0 boards and 2.0 threes in 34.0 minutes.
