Suiting up for the first time since Jan. 2 and for only the third time since the beginning of December while recovering from a left hamstring strain and a subsequent aggravation, Thomas took back his spot in the starting five. He was operating under a minute restriction and looked rusty in his return, needing 17 shots just to put up 16 points. Thomas should see his playing time pick up in the Nets' subsequent games, though he'll likely be a candidate to sit out Saturday's game in Detroit for maintenance purposes.
