Tatis went 4-for-5 with a pair of home runs and four total RBI in Sunday's 8-1 win over the Twins.

Tatis' power drought was a major story earlier in the campaign, but he's been making up for lost time with nine homers over his last 17 games. This was his second multi-homer effort in his last five contests as well. Tatis is batting .290 with an .814 OPS, 17 long balls, 67 RBI, 75 runs scored, 27 doubles, two triples and 28 stolen bases over 129 contests last year. He had an .814 OPS in the 2025 regular season, so getting back up to that mark after his slow start is impressive as he leads the way in the Padres' playoff push.

Tatis was the star of Tuesday's game, posting his first multi-homer effort of the year while also robbing a grand slam in the field. It continued a second-half power binge for the 27-year-old, who's gone deep 10 times while posting a 1.016 OPS in 30 games since the All-Star break. On the season, he's slashing .280/.353/.432 with 15 home runs, 60 RBI, 71 runs scored and 28 steals across 551 plate appearances.
