Will play Sunday
Allen (finger) is available for Sunday's game against the Grizzlies, Spencer Davies of SI.com reports.
Analyse
X-rays came back negative for Allen's finger, which he injured during Friday's win over the Knicks, and the injury doesn't appear to be serious enough for him to miss any time. Allen has averaged 12.8 points, 12.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.1 blocks over 26.5 minutes per game since the beginning of February.

Allen suffered the injury in Friday's 142-105 win over the Knicks, resulting in him being ruled out for the game early. X-rays didn't reveal any structural damage to his index finger, but he has yet to be given the green light to play Sunday. Allen initially injured his hand at some point during the first half. After X-rays on his hand came back negative, Allen was on the court to begin the third quarter, but he played just four minutes before the Cavaliers ruled him out for the rest of the contest. He'll finish the game with 10 points (5-6 FG) and three rebounds over 20 minutes of court time. The veteran center will presumably be re-evaluated Saturday before the Cavaliers make a call on his availability for Sunday's game versus the Grizzlies.

Nearly perfect showing Thursday
Allen finished with 16 points (8-9 FG, 0-2 FT), 20 rebounds, one block and one steal over 25 minutes during Thursday's 110-97 win over the Nets.
Analyse
Allen missed just one of his nine attempts from the floor, but as good as he was on offense, he was even more dominant on the glass. The 20-rebound haul was a season-high mark for him, and the big man has grabbed double-digit boards in each of his last six outings, averaging 13.0 points and 14.3 rebounds per game in that stretch.
