Bailey continued his strong play on the offensive end of the court, as he set a new career high in scoring and reached the 30-point threshold for the second time in three games. He was particularly dialed in from beyond the arc Monday, which is where he tacked on 21 of his 37 points. Bailey is set for another appealing matchup Wednesday against the Wizards.

Analyse
Bailey was coming off posting a career-high 33 points in the win over the Bucks on Thursday, and while he fell short of reaching that mark in this loss, it was the first time in his career that he recorded at least 25 points in back-to-back contests. Bailey endured a slow start to his NBA career but has progressed steadily as the season has advanced. All signs point to him ending the season -- and therefore, the fantasy playoffs -- on a strong note as the Jazz's primary go-to option on offense. Bailey has scored at least 20 points six times since the All-Star break (13 games), compared to only seven during the rest of the season (49 contests).

The teenage forward has found his rhythm from long range. Bailey's 33 points set a new personal best for the rookie, while the seven made three-pointers tied his career high. The No. 5 pick in the 2025 Draft has sunk at least five treys in four of his last six games, averaging 20.0 points, 4.5 threes, 4.0 boards, 2.0 assists and 1.5 steals in 27.3 minutes over that stretch while shooting 50.5 percent from the floor and 44.3 percent from downtown.

Analyse
Bailey missed the Jazz's previous game Sunday after entering concussion protocol, but he was cleared ahead of Wednesday's contest and moved right back into the starting five. After averaging 31.1 minutes per game over his first nine appearances out of the All-Star break, Bailey handled a slightly reduced workload Wednesday, but that may have been a byproduct of the Jazz looking to ease him back into action. Expect Bailey to eventually reclaim a 30-plus-minute role once he's further removed from the head injury.
