Hits 29th home run in rout
Greene went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Monday's 10-0 win over the Astros.
Analyse
While Greene is only batting .183 this month, he's at least getting his power stroke going with three home runs in his last nine games. The 24-year-old outfielder is now up to 29 long balls on the season, which is tied for eighth in the majors. Greene's 92 RBI are good for fifth in baseball, trailing only sluggers Kyle Schwarber, Cal Raleigh, Pete Alonso and Eugenio Suarez.

Goes deep Thursday
Greene went 1-for-4 with a walk and a two-run home run in Thursday's 4-3, 11-inning win over the Twins.
Analyse
Greene provided a jolt in the top of the fourth inning, taking Bailey Ober deep to cut into a 3-0 Minnesota lead. The outfielder is starting to trend upward after a slow start following the All-Star break. Greene has reached base in seven of his last 10 games, and he's recorded two home runs and five RBI during that span. On the season, the 24-year-old now has 28 long balls and 89 RBI, both of which lead the team and are among the top 10 in the majors.

Another two-hit game Tuesday
Greene went 2-for-4 with a walk and two doubles in Tuesday's 9-6 loss to the White Sox.
Analyse
Greene has three multi-hit performances over his last five games, and he's gone 7-for-18 overall in that stretch with a home run, three doubles, three RBI and four runs scored. It's a positive development for the talented outfielder, who came out of the All-Star break slowly with a .171 batting average in his first 17 games of the second half. Greene seems to be settling into a groove and could quickly build on his 27 home runs and 87 RBI, both of which are already new career highs.
