Tucker entered this weekend's series on a 19-game homer drought, but the Mets' pitching staff has been the cure for his power. He's gone deep in back-to-back games and is up to nine long balls on the year. The outfielder is batting .241 with a .715 OPS, 51 RBI, 56 runs scored, six stolen bases, 18 doubles and two triples across 98 contests.

Tucker gave the Dodgers some insurance with a two-run blast in the eighth inning, his first homer since June 27. It was a much-needed boost for the 29-year-old, who entered Friday's contest just 2-for-19 since returning from the All-Star break. On the year, he's slashing .240/.333/.371 with eight homers, 50 RBI, 55 runs scored and six steals across 405 plate appearances.

Tucker will head to the bench for the first time in the second half after he went 2-for-13 with two strikeouts in the Dodgers' three-game series against the Yankees over the weekend.
