Rojas is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Mariners.

The White Sox have two openings in the infield after Chase Meidroth (thumb) joined Miguel Vargas (oblique) on the injured list Thursday, but Rojas may not be in line to take on a regular role while the two players are on the shelf. Rojas added a big insurance run to the White Sox's tally in the top of the ninth inning. That brings his total up to just two on the season -- an entirely forgettable campaign so far.
