Won't play Monday
Porter has been ruled out for Monday's matchup with the Bulls due to right knee tendinitis.
Analyse
With Porter watching from the sidelines Monday, Terance Mann could return to the first unit, and there will be more minutes available for Ziaire Williams. Noah Clowney should also see a sizeable uptick in usage with Porter unavailable. For now, Porter should be considered questionable for Wednesday's game versus the Pacers.

Analyse
The 27-year-old forward bounced back from a nine-point effort Thursday in Orlando, leading the Nets in scoring and reaching 20 points for the ninth time in his last 12 appearances. Over that stretch, Porter is averaging 22.9 points, 6.5 boards, 3.5 threes, 2.7 assists and 1.0 steals, and with the trade deadline now in the rear view mirror, he may be able to regain his focus that saw him score in double digits in 35 straight games to begin the season before finally falling short Jan. 25.

Porter provided nine points (2-13 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), two rebounds, two assists and one steal over 32 minutes during Thursday's 118-98 loss to Orlando.
Analyse
Porter couldn't buy a bucket Thursday evening, going scoreless in the second half of play while missing all four of his shot attempts. He finished with a team-worst minus-23 differential in the blowout loss and committed as many turnovers as he had assists. Porter will look to bounce back Saturday with a much more favorable matchup against the Wizards.

Porter contributed 21 points (7-18 FG, 0-9 3Pt, 7-9 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists and one steal over 32 minutes during the Nets' 125-109 loss to the Lakers on Tuesday.
Analyse
It was an off night from beyond the arc for Porter, and it was the second time this season that he failed to hit a three-pointer on at least nine attempts. Part of those struggles could have been him shaking off the rust following a two-game absence due to personal reasons, but he still managed to lead the Nets in scoring while logging his ninth double-double of the season. Porter has averaged 24.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 3.7 threes and 1.0 steals over 32.9 minutes per game over his last 10 outings.
